”Soulsearch” is all about texture and color. I started with a thick layer of white acrylic, then flipped my paintbrush around to use as a mark-making tool, and scratched & scribbled in the wet paint. The result was crazy texture, to which I applied happy vibrant acrylic. Funny, it looks like I’ve been drawing with crayons.
I named her “Soulsearch” because she has such depth, such movement.. like she has something to tell you, some answers to share.
